RENTAL INFORMATION |
 |
All reservations must be made
by an adult that is at least 24 years old.
This person MUST occupy the rental unit during the entire
length of the reservation. |

|
All
reservations require a security deposit which will be
refunded within 30 days of your departure if the property is left
in arrival condition with no damages.
($300 for houses, $150 for condos, $500 for weddings) |
|
|
Half of the
total amount due must be paid at least
60 days prior to your arrival date.
Your account must be paid in full at
least 30 days prior to your arrival. |
|
|
Most of our rental properties
provide linens; including bed, bath,
& kitchen. For the properties that
do not include linens; you have the
option to rent or bring your own. |
|
|
Taxes and a $50.00
reservation fee will
be added to the published rental rates. |
|
|
"Check In" time is
3:00 pm or later and "Check Out"
time is 10:00 am or earlier. |
|
|
All rates and /or
property descriptions
are subject to change. |
|
|
We accept checks
and money orders. |
|
|
Only weekly rentals
(7 nights) are available during the months of June - August.
A three (3) night minimum stay is required during non-summer
months. |
|
|
We cannot guarantee the working
order of any cooling / heating units or appliances.
There will be no refund upon their failure. Units are kept in good working condition, any
failure will be fixed as quickly as possible. |
|
|
Each rental property has a
maximum occupancy which must be observed. |
|
|
Cancellations
more than 90 days
prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund of security deposit and any
rental payments.
Cancellations within 90 days of arrival date will forfeit the deposit
and any paid rental payments unless the property can be
re-rented.
If the property is re-rented, only the deposit
will be forfeited and all paid rental monies will be refunded. |

No pets of any kind are
allowed in our rental properties; unless otherwise specified. |
|
|
Please keep your vehicle and rental
property doors locked at all times.
Palmetto Properties is not
responsible for lost or stolen
items. |
|
|
Smoking is not permitted
inside the rental properties.
Please use the porches or balconies. |
|
|
Our
properties are privately owned and reflect the tastes of
the owner. We cannot make changes to the furnishings. Locked
closets/rooms are absolutely not
included in this rental. |
|
|
We reserve the
right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue
occupancy if, in our opinion, any tenant is detrimental to the
property. |
